Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRefined flour
  2. 1 1/2 cupgrated carrots
  3. 200 gmbrown sugar
  4. 1 cupoil
  5. 4 egg
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1 tspcinnamon powder
  9. 1/4 tspsalt
  10. 1/2 cupraisins

Cooking Instructions

    Put egg, brown sugar and oil in a mixing bowl.

    Beat with beater and mix well.

  3. 3

    Mix baking powder and soda with maida and sieve twice. Add into egg oil sugar mixture.

    Add grated carrots and mix well.

    Add some raisins

  6. 6

    Pour into Bundt cake mould. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes at 160 degree for first 10 minutes, rest of the time at180 degree.

    De-mould, cut and serve.
