Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupchopped Corriander
  2. 1onion diced
  3. 1 clovegarlic crushed
  4. 1/2 a tsp crushed ginger
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1& 1/2 cup gram flour
  8. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  9. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, sift together gram flour, wheat flour, baking powder and salt.

    Add water gradually as you mix to get a semi thick consistency

  3. 3

    Add the chopped coriander, onion, garlic and ginger. Give it a good mix.

    Let it rest 10-15 mimutes meanwhile, in a wok or frying pan, heat up some oil for deep frying

  5. 5

    Using a spoon, scoop portions of the batter and fry for about 1 minute then remove and drain excess oil

  6. 6

    Serve with your favorite dip and enjoy
