A very healthy yet quick recipe for breakfast and tea time.
Cooking Instructions

Take Bajra flour in a mixing bowl. Add rava and salt and mix thoroughly.

Then add grated carrots, diced onion, boiled and crushed green peas, chopped coriander and green chillies.

Add curd into the mixture and water as required.Batter should be of pouring consistency like idli batter.j

Covert the batter for 20 minutes.

Now add one tsp Eno fruit salt and half tsp of water to activate it.

Mix well. Take a appe mould and heat on medium flame. Put little oil in each mould and then pour batter by tablespoon and cover.

Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Then flip the apples and again cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

This yummy snacks are ready serve with coconut chutney.

For preparing coconut chutney, grind all ingredients in a mixer jar, remove into a bowl and temper with little oil mustard seeds,asafoetida, curry leaves and udad dal.
