#cppassportSi dara saya punya citarasa. Bahan-bahan dia siap belikan, kata nak buat bekal pergi kerja. Adui anak oh anak, bangun pagi memang dan cun waktu tu masih awal lagi memang sempat la kalau nak masak buat bekal kerja tetapi tak menyempat jugekkk. Hari-hari asyik tak menyempat je. Dah menjadi rutin bangun pagi masuk pejabat “oil and gas” tolak 15-20 minit. Masuk bilik mandi tolak 15-20 minit jugak. Berkemas (hmmm part ni memang tak cukup 15/20 minit.) Hari-hari mak singa nak tanya “dah siap ke? Barang semua dah ready? Ada yang tertinggal tak? Bekal mana?” Soalan-soalan saya dia jawab dengan “kompiden” tapi soalan yang terakhir tu dia sangkut kat situ sambil muka tersengeh-sengeh “tak sempat ma. Nanti mama tolong masak ye?”

Few days back, Japanese prime minister called on people to drink a cup of milk than we normally do and also to use more milk for cooking 🥛 This is to avoid huge wastage of milk(estimated to be around 5,000 tones just in this winter!) which is caused due to the lower demand of the milk in schools’ meals and restaurants during the year end.So, I decided to make this macaroni gratin which I can use up some milk for the Christmas dinner 🎄✨
