Healthy Mexican inspired easy dish that textures and taste always impresses. Something that i cook for my husband, which i love too. Tasted it in a small restaurant in sg and have been cooking it at hkme ever since.
Cara Membuat

Mix seasoning with oil and water. Pour over chicken and marinate overnight. Grill on medium flame approx. 8 mins each side till middle is cooked.

Mixed diced tomatoes, onions and chives. Seasined with salt and black pepper to taste.. and add freshly squeezed lime.

In a seprate bowl, mashed avocados and mix with onions and seasoned with salt and pepper. Squeeze lime to prevent browning.

Placed cooked rice in a bowl, chopped juice chicken breast and place it on rice (dont forget to put the chicken juices onto the rice. Scoop and spoonful og salsa and guac on the side. Served with a half cooked sunny side up to have thr yolk nlend everything together. Enjoy
