8-9 porsi
  1. 2eggs
  2. 3large mashed ripe bananas
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 tspvanilla/caramel extract
  5. 1/2 tspcinnamon (plus more for sprinkling on top)
  6. 50 galmond meal / almond flour
  7. 150 gwholemeal self raising flour
  8. 50 gmilk powder
  9. 15 tspstevial low calories sugar
  10. 1-2 tsppoppy seeds

Cara Membuat

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients (except bananas and flour) into one big bowl.

    Blend bananas and milk with a blender

  3. 3

    Mix bananas (blended) into the first mixture until soft.

  4. 4

    Mix with almond flour.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle poppy seeds (optional)

  6. 6

    Bake 180 degree for 55 minutes.
