Bahan-bahan

  1. 150 gspaghettini or pasta of your choice
  2. Shimeji mushrooms
  3. Butter
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Infused garlic oil (or fry finely chopped garlic in oil)
  7. Garnish
  8. Nori, cut into thin slices (tip: use scissors)
  9. slicesGreen onion, cut into thin
  10. slicesShiso leaves (alt. Perilla leaves), cut into thin
  11. 1 TbspMentaiko (spicy cod roe)
  12. 1fried shiso leaf (opt)

Cara Membuat

  1. 1

    Cook pasta as per packet's instructions. Strain and mix with a dash of olive oil.

    Sautee mushrooms with olive oil and butter. Season with salt n pepper. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Fry garlic on pan until browned n remove garlic bits. Alternatively, use infused garlic oil n heat it up in pan.

    Add pasta and mushrooms. Stir to mix.

  5. 5

    Garnish with heaps of nori, green onion, shiso leaves and mentaiko.

  6. 6

    Serve while hot, mix before eating.
