Bahan-bahan

3 wadah / 3 containers
  1. Karamel / Caramel
  2. 10 sdmGula pasir / 10 tbsp Granulated sugar
  3. 8 sdm+ 8 sdm Air / 8 tbsp + 8 tbsp Water
  4. Pudding / Pudding:
  5. 500 ml+ 6 sdm Susu cair (UHT) / 500 ml + 6 tbsp Milk (UHT)
  6. 1/2 sdtBubuk jelly tanpa rasa / 1/2 tsp Jelly powder (plain)
  7. 2 buahKuning telur / 2 Egg yolks
  8. 3 sdmGula pasir / 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
  9. 2 sdmTepung maizena / 2 tbsp Corn flour

Cara Membuat

    [ID] Dalam pan kecil, tuang gula dan 8 sdm air pertama. / [EN] In a small saucepan, mix sugar and the first 8 tbsp of water to a pan.

    [ID] Nyalakan api. Gunakan api kecil. Pastikan gula sudah mencair sebelum air mendidih. / [EN] Turn on the heat and use low heat. Make sure that the sugar has been dissolved before the water is boiling.

    [ID] Jika gula sudah larut, besarkan api ke sedang. Masak hingga berwarna cokelat tua. Pastikan jangan mengaduk gula agar tidak mengkristal. Jika ingin mengaduknya, cukup goyangkan panci saja. / [EN] If the sugar has dissolved, turn the heat to medium. Cook until it turns dark brown. Make sure that you never stir the mixture as it will turn crystalized. If necessary, just swirl the pan.

    [ID] Jika sudah berubah menjadi cokelat, tuang 8 sdm air kedua secara perlahan agar air dan gula panas tidak terciprat ke arah Anda. Aduk merata agar teremulsi dengan baik. / [EN] If it turns brown, pour in the rest of the 8 tbsp water slowly so the water and hot sugar mixture won't splatter onto you. Mix the caramel properto to emulsify.

    [ID] Matikan api dan tuang karamel secukupnya ke dalam wadah. / [EN] Turn of the heat and pour the caramel to a container.

    [ID] Untuk membuat pudding, panaskan 500 ml susu, bubuk jelly, dan gula pasir. Gunakan api kecil sambil diaduk agar gula mencair dan bubuk jelly tidak menggumpal. / [EN] To make the pudding, add 500 ml of milk, jelly powder, and sugar to a pan and heat it. Use low heat and stir it so the sugar will dissolve and the jelly powder won't clump.

    [ID] Di wadah lain, campurkan 6 sdm susu, kuning telur, dan maizena. / [EN] In another bowl, mix 6 tbsp of milk, yolks, and corn flour.

    [ID] Jika susu sudah beruap, masukan campuran tersebut sambil diaduk hingga mendidih. / [EN] Add the mixture to the milk if it shows steam. Pour in while mix the milk until it boils.

    [ID] Matikan api. Tuang ke dalam wadah yang berisi karamel. / [EN] Turn of the heat. Pour the mixture to the container with caramel.

    [ID] Jika semua telah tersisi, tutup dengan aluminum foil. / [EN] When all container is filled, cover with aluminum foil.

    [ID] Masukan pudding ke dalam kulkas dan biarkan hingga ±2 jam atau sampai mengeras. Sajikan selagi dingin. Bon appétit! / [EN] Set the pudding aside in the fridge for ±2 hours or until solid. Serve while cold. Bon appétit!
