Cendol/Dawet Ayu

Cendol or Dawet Ayu is a traditional Indonesian drinks that everyone loves. It's got so many different variations but by far this is the easiest and simplest recipe that I tried. Inspired by sobat dapur recipes.
In this recipe I'm using the coconut milk replacement to make it less guilty 😄.

To make the cendol. Mixed all the ingredients and cook it in low heat.

When it's fully cooked use use the mould or any other utensils to make the cendol. Don't forget to use cold water to stop the cooking process.

To make the santan, mixed the creamer with water and use low heat.

To make the juruh or sugar syrup. Simply mixed everything and cooked it in medium heat.

Served the cendol with santan and juruh and add jack fruit if you like it.
