Peanut Flavored Spicy Dumpling Noodle Soup

The highlight for me in this soup is the flavorful broth. Its is super easy and quick to make. Everything in this soup could be made from scratch, but sometimes you need flavorful convenience. I used store bought dumplings. They complete the wholesomeness of the soup. One of the easiest hearty meal to make.

ভেজিটেবল এন্ড চিকেন সাসলিক / Green Vegetable and chicken Shashlik
#সবুজসব্জিরkebab is commonly the internationally-known Shish kebab or Shashlik though outside of North America. Kebab is any of a wide variety of grilled meat dishes. Some dishes ultimately derived from Middle Eastern kebab may have different names in their local languages, such as the Chinese chuanr.Although kebabs are often cooked on a Skewer, many types of kebab are not.The traditional meat for kebabs is most often mutton or lamb, but regional recipes may include beef, goat, chicken, fish, or more rarely due to religious prohibitions, pork.Today am going to cook a Vegetable Shashlik with chicken cooking. Let's cook green veg.💚 Bengali Spice 💚 -

Mushroom n Shrimp Miso Soup
Typically, miso soup doesn’t have too many ingredients. The simplicity of the soup makes it very appealing to me. But I added quite a few items in this one though. This is just something I made after I got my 2nd dose of covid vaccine. I was feeling a little under the weather after the shot and that called for soup!! I was fit enough to make it, I just needed an excuse to make soup. Kiron Ahsan -

Spicy Dan Dan Noodles
Dan Dan or Dan Dan Mian noodles- not for the faint of heart. Its fiery, spicy, but sooo good!! It started out as a street food in Sichuan. Street hawkers used to carry the noodles on a bamboo pole (Dan) from which the dish got its name. There were two baskets attached to the pole, one holding the ingredients, the other holding the cookware. It’s a very easy dish to make which has a complex flavor. It will shock your tastebuds. Mongolian Beef

Shooters Sandwich. Pressed Steak and Mushroom Sandwich with 8 layers. Ultimate Steak Sandwich
The concept of this sandwich is to put cooked steak and mushrooms inside a hollowed out loaf of bread then press it down with weights. Weights are used to press down on the sandwich, which causes all the juice from meat and other toppings to soak into the bread. Shooter’s sandwich originated in England during the Edwardian era. It was created so that hunters could easily carry lunch with them, hence I guess the name Shooter’s sandwich. My version has 8 layers of different type of toppings. I guess I can call it evolution of food 😊. Kiron Ahsan -

Salt n Pepper Shrimp, definitely a crowd pleaser. Fried, salty and spicy- whats not to like. A quick, simple and easy item which doesn’t require too many ingredients. Other peppers will do the job, but you don’t quite get the Szechuan peppercorn effect (IMO) Kiron Ahsan -
