I used store bought dumplings. They complete the wholesomeness of the soup. One of the easiest hearty meal to make.

উপকরণ

  1. 1lb ground chicken
  2. 2tsp minced garlic
  3. 2tsp grated ginger
  4. 2tsp peanut butter
  5. 1heaped tsp gochugaru (Korean chilli powder)
  6. 1/4tsp cayenne
  7. 2tsp soy sauce
  8. 1tsp fish sauce
  9. 2tsp sesame oil
  10. 3tsp cooking oil
  11. 1litre stock of your choice (i used chicken stock)
  12. Boiled egg (optional)
  13. Dumplings of your choice (I used store bought shrimp dumplings)
  14. Noodles of your choice (I used fresh Shanghai noodles)
  15. Fresh scallion, jalapeno's and Furikake (optional) to garnish

    Step 1- Heat oil on med hi in a wok/pan.

    Step 2- Add minced garlic and cook till fragrant.

  3. 3

    Step 3- Add ground meat and cook for few minutes.

  4. 4

    Step 4- Add 2 tsp peanut butter and cook for bit

  5. 5

    Step 5- Add gochugaru (Korean chilli powder) and cook for few mins

  6. 6

    Step 6 – Add some cayenne powder for extra heat

  7. 7

    Step 7- Add fish sauce, soy sauce and cook for few mins

    Step 8- Then add sesame oil and simmer

  9. 9

    Step 9- Add 1 litre stock (your choice). Add some salt if required and bring it to a boil

    Step 10- Grate some fresh ginger and the base is done.

    Step 11- Prepare noodles of your choice as per package instructions.

    Step 12- Steam dumplings of your choice. If store bought then follow package instructions

    Step 13- plate with the broth first, then noodles (mix it with the broth nicely once plated) then put the dumplings on top, garnish with your favorite toppings and Enjoy !!!

It gives me an opportunity to nurture my family and friends, express my love and care for them.
