Step 1- add minced ginger and garlic, scallions miso paste, soy sauce, egg, ½ cup breadcrumbs (1/2 cup will be used later), miso paste, salt and pepper to the ground chicken and mix well. I added the ½ cup breadcrumbs later. I find adding breadcrumbs in stages adds better texture

Step 2- Wet your hands and make round shaped meatballs(or your preferred shape). My kids love round shaped meatballs.

Step 4-Optional- In the same oil saute the bottom parts of the scallion for a min. add a splash of sesame oil for flavor

Step 5- Dipping sauce- add soy sauce, sugar, hoisin sauce and garlic powder in a bowl and mix well. Enjoy !!!

Marinate the chicken and shrimp with salt , pepper, flour and corn flour. Rest it for 15min. Then fry it with butter. Fry the cashew nuts in the same pan.Cut all the veggies into julian pieces.Make the sauce with Tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil,white vinegar, black pepper, sugar. Instructions• Grate 3 medium size potatoes, then wash them once in the water and squeeze the water out thoroughly. [make sure to squeeze the water out properly]• Then add salt, pepper, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, ginger garlic paste, eggs, and the cheese to the grated potatoes and mix everything well.• Now place a non-stick pan on the stove on medium-low heat and add oil.
