  1. 250 grampaneer
  2. 2Red tomatoes
  3. 2onion
  4. 8-10cashews
  5. 1 tablespoonKashmiri red chilli powder
  6. Halfbowl fresh cream
  7. 1 tablespoonsugar
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Khada masala
  10. 2 tablespoonghee
  11. Halfbowl boiled matar

    First hit pan on medium flame and ghee in it then add khada masala like tej patta cloves starflower green cardamom etc. Then add onion paste in it and stir it for next 3 to 4 minutes then add tomato puri in it

    In that tomato Puri add sugar red chilli powder salt as per test and mix it well then add boiled matar or green peas in it next we add cashews powder and fresh cream in it and mix it well then add kasuri methi in it and atlast add fresh paneer pieces if you want fried paneer then you will fry it

    Then add freshly chopped coriander and sir it with chapati, roti,naan or Puri.
