Cooking Instructions

Mushroom having water content so wash the mushroom and cut into pieces then add half tablespoon red chilli powder, half dispoon turmeric powder and little bit salt and saute it in half tablespoon oil. Now remove from pan

Next step is fry paneer pieces in ghee or oil. Now remove it and shift paneer pieces in water.in remaining oil add khada masala then add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and soute it till it become transparent

Now add red chilli powder and saute it so that it gives nice colour now add chopped tomatoes and add salt so that it is easily cook fast. Now add boiled green peas and then add paneer cubes also add fresh cream in it

Mix all ingredient at last add kasuri methi and salt as per taste. And little bit water and cook for next 2-3 minutes. Then off the flame you serve it with chapati, roti, kulcha,paratha,Puri etc
