At first, grate apples,remove seeds of the dates and chop

Then, put ghee in pan.

Now add the grate apple in pan

Then, saute it for 5 min

Now add chop dates, milkfat, milk in pan.

Now, saute it for 10 min and cardamom sugar syrup

After that, add sugar and dry fruit.

Then, mix it and saute it for 2 min until change the colour of mixture.

Then add ghee and milk again on the mixture

After 5 min sauteing, when the mixture leave the pan

Then halwa is complete.

At last, turn the oven off and keep it in bowl.

Then, after freeze 30 min serve it as dessert.

At the time of serve garnish by almond.
