Cooking Instructions

First wash and clean the carrots and then peel them and grate all carrots.

Now take a pan. Add ghee and Heat ghee. When the ghee is hot, add carrots. Let it burn for a while on high flame. Stir constantly until the water in the carrots boils. Then slow down the gas flame and simmer till the carrots become soft.

Now add milk to the carrots. Stir in the medium gas till the milk thickens.

Now add sugar. Let it simmer on low flame till the sugar melts. Then add this dried fruit - almonds, cashews, pistachios, raisins and mix well. Satdvu till the ghee is released. Then turn off the gas flame.

Now add ghee and add cardamom powder and mix it.

Now this sweet dish carrot halwa is ready to eat. Now garnish this carrot halva with dried fruit in a serving bowl.
