Ingredients

  1. 1 packet (175 Gram)- MTR Gulab Jamun mix
  2. 800 gram- Sugar(for jeera)
  3. 800ml-Water (for jeera)
  4. Elaichi powder
  5. 2 spoon- Ghee
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take Gulab jamun mix and add small quantity of water to make dough and then make it into small balls.

    Take oil in a pan and heat it. Now add the Jamun balls made in oil (keep the flame in medium). Fry the balls till it becomes brown.

    Mix 800 gram of sugar with 800ml water, untill sugar is completely dissolved, keep it in low flame.Check it timely, until it is sticky, then add a half spoon Elaichi powder and 2 spoons of Ghee. Now jeera is ready.

    Now put the fried Jamun balls in Jeera, in a bowl. Keep it untill Jamun is completely soaked in Jeera.

    Gulab Jamun is ready.
