Ingredients

  1. 1 kgOranges (sweetest one)
  2. 500 Gramssugar
  3. 500 GramsWater
  4. 1-2 TablespoonLemon Juice
  5. 1 pinchSaffron

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and dissolve water and sugar and allow it to boil for 4-5 minutes. once the sugar syrup start to boil, add fresh lemon juice to it and stir well.

    Allow this solution to cool at room temperature, Gently crush the saffron threads and add it into warm sugar syrup.

    Now start preparing orange juice, peel the orange and remove seeds from the orange and blend the oranges until the oranges have been crushed very well.

    Make use of a steel juice strainer to strain all the orange juice. Now mix the orange juice and sugar syrup in bowl.

    You can store the orange squash in a glass jar and close the lid tightly.

    This squash can be refrigerated and used for 3-4 weeks. The flavor gets better after a few days.

    Serve with soda or chilled water with ice cubes.
