Ingredients

2oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces
3 cupswater
2 1/2 cupssugar
1/4 cuporange zest or small pieces of orange peel
Zest of one lemon

Steps

In a saucepan, put the orange pieces and then add the water and leave to boil a little bit. Then add sugar and lemon zest, stirring constantly.

Add the orange zest and stir well and simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes until texture is like jello.
