Ingredients

  1. 2Ripe Kesar Mangoes
  2. 2 tbspSugar
  3. 1/2 cupChilled Milk
  4. 1/4 cupFresh Yogurt
  5. fewIce cubes
  6. as requiredRoughly chopped small pieces of mangoes for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and remove the skin of mangoes and roughly chop into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Transfer chopped mangoes into a blender jar along with sugar, milk, yogurt and ice cubes.

  3. 3

    Blend everything to a smooth puree.

  4. 4

    Transfer this puree to the serving glass. Top with some chopped mangoes and serve.
