  2. 1 pinchItalian seasoning
  3. 1/2 cdiced ham
  4. 1/2 cbacon bits(real bacon)
  5. 1/2 cpepperoni
  6. 1/4 cdatolini pasta cooked aldente
  7. 1/4 creal parmisian cheese
  8. 1Roma tomato diced
  9. 1/2 c-1 c Italian salad dressing depends on your test
  10. 1/4 cColby Jack cheese
  11. 1/4 cred onion diced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook pasta to aldente

  2. 2

    Chop cucumber tomato and onion

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl add pasta chopped veggies and the rest of the ingredients ready to eat

  4. 4

    Will keep max 2 days in fridge

im not the best cooked but i do love to cook and bake. since being diagnose with celiacs allergic to gluten soy nuts tree nuts dairy eggs wheat barley whey and oats i spend alot of time looking for recipes i can take ingredients out of that wont be missed i can my foods that i eat the most spaghetti sauce. chilli. salsa a large variety of jams and jellies pickles kosher butter and sweetanything premade or at restaurants are usually not an option im also allergic to iodine ive started sharing recipes will add more its not possible to buy even 1 packaged food to meat my dietry needs.
