Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsCucumber greated
  2. 1 cupsoaked chana dal
  3. 1/2 cupMango greated
  4. 1 cupPomogranite seeds
  5. 1/2 cupCorriander
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. Green chillis 2 pieced
  8. 1/2 tspLemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Keep ingredients ready.Soak gram dhal for 15 minutes

    Drain the extra water in soaked gram dhal and corasely grinde in mixer.

  3. 3

    Put greated cucumber in a nowl add grinded gram dhal, pomigranite seeds, greated mango, cortiander leaves, green chillis, salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Cucumber Salad is ready.
