Ingredients

  1. 2medium size cucumber finely chopped
  2. 1/2 cup soaked moong dal (soaked for 3 to 4 hours)
  3. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  4. 1/2 tsp black salt
  5. 1/4 tsp sugar
  6. 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  7. 1 tbs finely chopped coriander
  8. 1 tbs fresh grated coconut (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take finely chopped cucumber, soaked moong dal in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add salt, black pepper,sugar, lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Healthy salad is ready to serve.
