Cooking Instructions

Grind the mango cubes, add 4 ice cubes, yoghurt/curd,50gm sugar, ⅓ cardamom powder. Add water if yoghurt is thick. Grind them well.

Take a glass, add 2 ice cubes and pour the lassi in the glass.

Garnish with cream, dry fuits and cherry. Mango Lassi is ready to serve
