Ingredients

  1. 300 gmsdates
  2. 2 tbsp full cream milk
  3. 1 tbsp pure ghee
  4. 8-10almonds
  5. 2 tbspalmond meal
  6. 8-10cashew nuts

Cooking Instructions

    Deseed and Soak dates in milk for half an hour.

    Now grind dates in a mixer to a fine paste.

  3. 3

    Heat a tb spoon of pure ghee in a non-stick pan. Add almonds and roast in ghee till roasted brown. Remove it in a plate.

    Grind almonds when cool.

    Now add dates paste in remaining ghee and cook till it gets thicken and lumpy.

  6. 6

    Now add grinded almonds and almond meal and saute for 1 minute.

  7. 7

    Now grease a thali and pour the hot mixture on it and spread it evenly with the help of spetula. Keep aside for setting for 2 hours.

    After 2 hours cut pieces and garnish it with cashew nuts and serve this vegan dessert.
