Cooking Instructions

Mix rice with salt and knead a dough with hot water.

Now in a pan roast some coconut than add jaggery.. Mix till jaggery melts.. Now add cardamom mix well. Remove from gas let it cool. Then add mix dry fruits.

Now wet your hands with water take some dough. Make it soft. Grease modak mold with oil than put that dough in Modak mold. From below. Now add coconut mixture from bottom and cover bottom side with rice flour dough. Then unmold it.

Now steam this modak for 10 to 15 minutes.

Let It get cool than serve this modak prasad front of ganpati bappa.
