Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2eggs
  2. 1onion (cut 2 pieces)
  3. 1/2cucumber chopped
  4. Some carrot(pieces)
  5. 3 piecesred bell paper
  6. 2 tspoil
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspblack pepper
  9. Pinchred chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper and break 2 eggs & whisk well for 3 minutes.

    Cut the vegetables into small pieces.. Make the carrot pieces into small roses.. For garnish.

    Heat oil in a nonstick pan, keep medium flame & then pour the egg mixture in the pan. Fry 3 minutes. one side..

    After 3 minutes flip other side & fry 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Garnish the omelette with vegetables salad..put chilli powder on the top of the omelette..
