Chicken salad

#losingweight receipe. It's a healthy diet. This food can be choosen for lunch.

In a bowl ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste, chicken and salt are mixed nicely then kept for 15 min to marinate the chicken.

In that 15 min other ingredients like beet root, cucumber, cabbage, capcicum, onion, carrot, Corriender leaves, spring onions and ginger are to be chopped.

Chicken should be boiled for 5 min.

Put 1/2 teaspoon butter and the boiled chicken in the pan and kept for 3 min.

Then all the ingredients and the chicken are mixed in a bowl.
