Gulab Jamun - A Super Sweet Indian Treat Gulab Jamun - A Super Sweet Indian Treat
These are super sweet treats from India. They're imported in canned forms, but since it looked like I could make them on my own, I gave it a shot. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking. But if it isn't very sweet, it won't "feel" like gulab jamun. Don't forget to brush your teeth after you eat them.Make sure you let the dough rest for a while. You won't be able to roll it into balls otherwise. If the dough becomes dry, adjust by adding some milk. As for the syrup, you'll be putting in so much sugar it'll make you say, "Wait, this much sugar? Surely it won't melt." It'll feel like a joke, but the amounts are right. For about 20 balls. Homemade Tortillas (with all-purpose flour) Homemade Tortillas (with all-purpose flour)
I like tortillas, but store-bought tortillas are too floury and so expensive if you buy them at a specialty store! So, I tried making them myself. Since I discovered that they can be made easily, I have been making my own.How thin you make them is your preference, but I think they are better thin. Be careful not to burn yourself when you are using boiling water. Also see a Turkish version of tortillas (these are made in the oven). The tortillas with yeast:. Recipe by Kuminchan cookpad.japan -
Homemade Hamburger Buns Homemade Hamburger Buns
Buns that go well with burgers are slightly sweet, soft, not very chewy and easy to bite through. This is a recipe with thought-out ingredient ratios to be used exclusively for hamburger buns. Please enjoy the buns with the patties in another recipe!I used shortening instead of butter on purpose. Please be sure to add the shortening later in the kneading process. Please be sure to use castor sugar (or superfine sugar). The oven is very hot so use thick oven mitts and be careful not to burn yourself. Recipe by Uniikura cookpad.japan -

Mitha Dali Mitha Dali
#colouryellowMy mother some times cook Mitha Dali ("Sweet Dal"), since we all are not fond of dal so much therefore I always try to make different and innovative dishes based on dal. Today I have shared her recipe, wherein various ingredients such as ginger, cumin seeds, sugar, and ghee are used. You may alternatively add jaggery instead of sugar. This is my favourite dal, and we all love this dal very much. Sushree Satapathy -
