Home made White Bread
Bread for breakfast is a common thing these days. But making your own bread and having it for breakfast, gratifying! My cousin had shared this recipe with me one day saying why dont we try this out. I thought why not.. let me give it a try! The recipe author had in detail showed the kneading part and had insisted on kneading the dough well as that ensures the bread to be soft! And it did turn out to be super soft and delicious! So lets bake this simple bread!

A loaf of Bread
After my first attempt with the wholemeal bread, I was excited about baking this. The outcome reminded me of going to 84East in Downtown Holland, MI where they give you this freshly baked loaf of bread with some garlic butter after you got seated. This recipe is a relatively easy loaf of bread to bake. The outcome was delicious! The bread had a very light crust and it was really soft on the inside. Perfectly baked and the taste was great. I am definitely going to make this more often. It wasn't just easy to bake, but very tasty :) YUM YUM! My measurements did not yield the same amount as my wholemeal bread (lasted for a week), this loaf lasted for a couple of days :)

Kerala Boli

Do not cook the boli for too long,if you do so it will turn hard. The bolis can be stored in an airtight container for 2 to 3 days. Refrigerate it,if you want to keep it for a longer time.

Homemade Pizza Crust
Are you someone who adores pizza and wanna to make them at home ?.But end up in buying frozen ready made crust for your toppings or order a restaurant pizza , as homemade pizza crust may sound difficult to you? Believe me!!.. it is not difficult as you think and with this recipe you could make the perfect pizza crust at your home in your own oven. Here is the recipe which will never fail you to have a perfect pizza crust. It is really simple to make the pizza crust ,but the only time consuming part in the preparation is that ,you need to wait some time after mixing the ingredients for the dough to rise, say 1 to 2 hours according to the brand of yeast you use. This pizza crust is yeast based which helps the dough to rise well with sugar and salt added , as sugar helps the yeast to rise while salt controls it.The addition of extra virgin olive oil gives the pizza crust the best taste. Be gentle with the dough all times and let it rest as instructed in the recipe below for best result. When i made a homemade pizza for the first time , the sides burned ,but the dough didn't get cooked properly inside. I wondered what happened and somehow managed to cook them by keeping it back in oven for few more time. I found out the reason for my under cooked dough later that, i made a mistake by adding too much of cheese and sauce above the dough congested ,which didn't allow the dough to get cooked properly. So be careful about adding the toppings. And for the sides getting burnt,...
