This Pillsbury Multigrain blend of different flours makes it a super healthy one on any day for the whole family. And to this I have added regular Wheat flour as well and have made these super fluffy and delicious Rotis or Chapatis for Breakfast.
I have always used different flours for making Indian Flatbreads and this one is an amazing addition to that list.
Simple and easy. It's absolutely a bliss. Relish it with any Sabzi or a special Fry or even a Stir Fry of Vegetables of your choice. It is so inviting and refreshing. You will love the melt in mouth texture too.

Not only these are easily done but also make a perfect choice for a Tiffin box or Lunchbox idea. Pooris, Parathas and Naans also can be made with this flour in no time at all. And you will end up making these very often.

Ingredients

25-30 minutes
5-6 servings
  1. 3-4 cupsPillsbury 7 Grain Aata or Wheat flour
  2. 1 tspSalt or to taste
  3. 3-4 cupswarm water
  4. 2 tspOil

Cooking Instructions

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

Knead a smooth dough adding all the ingredients to a mixing bowl except the last one. Set aside for a couple of minutes. Use water as required. If it is lukewarm it's well and good. Lukewarm water helps in making the chapatis soft and supple.

  2. 2

Heat a tawa or a griddle. In the meantime, divide the dough into balls of equal size either medium or small.

  3. 3

Roll and roast them using oil or ghee as desired. Roast them well on both the sides pressing a little with a clean kitchen towel. Fluffy super soft rotis are done easily in just a few minutes. Serve hot with any side dish for a healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner.

An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
