This pizza base recipe is an easy method to make pizza without oven by using a pan or a tawa at home. It is as good as the Oven baked one. I use the same ingredients, mixed in the same proportion, and kneaded also the sama way . Just the Pizza basa is cooked without oven . Do try this you will surely love it 😀.

Ingredients

30 mins.
  1. 2 CupsAll-purpose flour / Maida
  2. 2 tbspsemolina / rava
  3. 1 tspactive dry yeast
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 2 tbspsugar
  6. 1/2 cupluke warm milk
  7. 1/2 cupluke warm water
  8. 1-2 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix water and milk and keep it ready.

    In a mixing bowl add maida, semolina, salt, sugar, and active dry yeast. Mix all together.
    Further, add milk-water little by little and start kneading.

    Add milk-water in 3-4 steps. When you add all the milk water, you get a soft sticky dough.
    Add 1tsp oil.

    Also, clean your hand and greased it with oil. Knead the dough for another 10-12 minutes or until you get a smooth dough that does not stick to your hand anymore. The dough should become elastic and stretchable.  Grease your hand with oil 2-3 times in between.

    Rub some oil all over the dough and Keep the dough in a greased air tight box and keep it in warm place for 3-4 hours or till the dough rise to the double.

    Punch on the center of the dough and knead it again.
    Now divide the dough into five equal part.
    Take one part, roll it welland sprinkle some flour. With a rolling pin, gently roll to a slightly thin round pizza. Roll to get a 0.3 to 0.5 cm thickness. Sprinkle some more flour if required while rolling. With a knife or fork poke all over the center of the pizza to keep the from bubbling up.

    Heat a pan, place a baking sheet over it. Keep the flame on low. Place the pizza to the pan cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

    When it is done from one side flip it and cook another side for 2 minutes. The pizza base is ready.
    Add your desire topping, bake it, slice and serve. Enjoy 😊.
    Once the base is cool completely. Freeze it and you can use this pizza base up to a week.
