Cooking Instructions

Add 3 tbsp cornflour in a bowl,1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper powder than add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste than add cheese cubes in mixture and mix well and marinate it for 15 minutes

Add 1 tbsp cornflour and 2 tbsp all-purpose flour in another bowl, add little bit salt and black pepper. Pour 5-6 tbsp water and make a batter than add marinated cheese in the battar. Than Coat them well in batter

Heat the pan with 1/2 bowl refined oil. Deep fry the cheese until it golden brown

Take 2tbsp oil in a pan, add finely chopped ginger and garlic, saute a little than add finely chopped green chillies and spring onions (finely chopped)

Saute together and add cube size onions and capsicum now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar and 1/4 tbsp salt mix and lower heat to medium

Than add fried cheese and saute together.take a small bowl add 2 tbsp cornflour and add water and mix well. Make a lumps free slurry. Add corn flour slurry in pan and mix well lower to medium heat

Turn off heat and garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves.

Serve hot cheese chilly with naan
