2star anise
2 tbspcooking wine

Cooking Instructions

Combine salted egg tofu pig ear pork liver.Star anise light soy sauce dark soy sauce rock sugar water cooking wine.Boil them all for an hour.After an hour remove and slice into pieces and place in a plate.Serve with noodle.

Boil.noodle and boil.egg then cut into halves.Place in a bowl together with noodle.
