Soy Sauce Flavored Beef

You can mix this into freshly cooked rice to make flavored rice. Serve in a bowl topped with finely chopped chives and an egg yolk for a pretty treat. It's even good topped over rice in a bento!! The savory simmered juices seep into the rice, making it delicious.
This is suited for thinly sliced thigh meat, or any meat that does not contain a lot of fat. I suggest using cheap thinly cut offcuts. You can also turn this into ochazuke (tea or hot water poured over rice). If you can't find peppercorns, it's fine with just the ginger. In that case, add more. If you prefer a sweet and salty taste, add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Recipe by Hanamaruranchi

Soy Sauce Flavored Chicken in Cream Sauce Soy Sauce Flavored Chicken in Cream Sauce
Generally speaking, a cream sauce flavor doesn't go well with rice. But I still want to eat it with rice… So I came up with this recipe that would go well with rice.It has a strong flavor, so would go well with rice and/or sake (beer or wine). Please try it as a pasta sauce too!If you use a heavy cream that has more than 35% fat content (I strongly recommend 42% in particular!), the sauce will become tastier with added creaminess and richness. Please use any kind of mushroom you like. The heavy cream will start to separate when heated excessively, so make sure to add it right before serving. Soy Sauce Flavored Spicy Kiriboshi Daikon Soy Sauce Flavored Spicy Kiriboshi Daikon
My mother taught me this recipe. I make this when I get tired of the standard simmered recipe.Standard Simmered Kiriboshi Daikon:You can adjust the level of spiciness by adjusting the amount of ra-yu and chili pepper. It tastes good even after only 30 minutes of marinating, but if you let it sit for a whole day, the flavors will really soak into the ingredients and it will be very delicious. The color will vary depending on the brand of kiriboshi daikon you use. Recipe by Mo-ri-zu cookpad.japan -

Sauteed Beef in Garlic Butter Soy Sauce Sauteed Beef in Garlic Butter Soy Sauce
My husband loved it when I made steak flavored with garlic, butter, and soy sauce, so I started making a before-payday version using inexpensive thinly cut meat. This is great with shimeji mushrooms or spinach. I buy beef when it's on sale, and make this recipe when I don't have time. I used brisket offcuts this time, but I think it's good made with other cuts of beef. It's best to use a cut with some fat.
