  • 1 lbHamburger meat
  • 1 lbSausage
  • 1 largeOnion, finely chopped
  • 1 lbJalapeno cheese
  • 1 lbVelveeta cheese
  • 1 canRo-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 canCream of chicken soup

  1. 1

    Render hamburger meat and sausage together and transfer to a holding container, reserving about 2 Tbsp of fat in the pan.

  2. 2

    Saute onions in drippings and set aside.

  3. 3

    Melt the cheeses and add Ro-Tel tomatoes and soup.

  4. 4

    Add hamburger meat, sausage and sauteed onion. Heat until bubbly.

  5. 5

    Serve with chips.
