Ingredients

5-6 mins. Prep
1-2 people
  1. 12-15Walnuts
  2. 10-12Pitted Dates
  3. 1-1.5 CupsFresh Milk: Chilled
  4. 1/2 tspCardamom Powder
  5. Few Saffron Strands: Grounded
  6. 1/2 tspHoney/Sugar: Optional
  7. 4-5Ice Cubes: Optional (I usually skip it unless I’m having this in a scorching summer afternoon)
  8. As required Garnish: A Handful- Finely Chopped Pistachios
  9. StrandsFew more Saffron

Cooking Instructions

5-6 mins. Prep
  1. 1

    First Up: Soak the dates in warm water for about 1-2 hrs time at least- I prefer doing so overnight to be used the following day.

  2. 2

    Next, in a blender jar: Add in all the aforementioned ingredients, except the garnish ones and blend it nicely to a smooth thick mixture- Pour it out in the serving glass/tumbler.

    Garnish it your own way & simply gulp it the way it is.
