  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 tablespoonsemolina
  3. 2 teaspoonscocoa powder
  4. Pinchcinnamon powder
  5. 1/2 cup hot water
  6. 2 tablespoonsugar
  7. 2 tablespoon jaggery
  8. 1 cupmilk
  9. Pinchsalt
  10. as requiredOil for cooking

    At first mix cocoa powder with hot water and dissolve it properly.

    After that add milk into it and gradually add all those things mentioned adjust the consistency with water spread chilla on tawa.
