Ingredients

  1. 3large potatoes
  2. 100 mlheavy cream
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 2 tbspsalted butter
  5. 1/2 tsppepper
  6. 2 clovesGarlic

    Peel and cubed the potatoes.

    Add potatoes, water and some salt in the pot, boil it for 20 minutes, check it with a fork to see if the potatoes is tender.

    Once it's done, strain the potatoes and butter, mash it.

  4. 4

    Simmer the cream and garlic for about 5 minutes with medium low heat.

  5. 5

    Once it's done, strain and crush the garlic, combine it to the potato, add salt and pepper, do a taste test and serve it!
