Round Petit Cookies Round Petit Cookies
You can make these cookies very quickly. We were going to my in-law's house and I made these cookies for my mother in-law as a gift.I had some left-over rice flour and I made the cookies with things I had at home. These are super-easy cookies that I have been making since I was a primary school student.・Don't burn the sliced almonds. (Roast them in a 160℃ oven or roast lightly in a frying pan.)・Powdered sugar for decoration is optional. You can enjoy them without it.・You can use chopped walnuts instead of the sliced almonds. French-Style Chocolate Sandwich Cookies French-Style Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
I was inspired by a French snack known as a "biscuit duchesse". The authentic recipe uses butter, powdered sugar, almond flour, and merengue. Mine is easier to make and easy on the wallet.-To avoid any separating, make sure to add the egg whites in small batches. If it still seems to separate, mix in 1 tablespoon of pancake mix (unlisted).-The batter will raise and spread when baked, so make sure to leave enough space between each portion of dough on the baking sheet. For approximately 15 french biscuits, 5 cm [2.0 in] in diameter. Recipe by Chisora cookpad.japan -
Cat's Tongue Cookies (Tuiles) - French Style Cookies from a Convection Oven Cat's Tongue Cookies (Tuiles) - French Style Cookies from a Convection Oven
After adjusting the recipe for a long time and making these cookies six times with a convection oven, I'm ready to share how to make Cat's Tongue Cookies, also known as Tuiles, a French cookie. These are similar to the famous Shiroi Koibito cookies from Japan. Let's try making them! Today, I'll use a square tuile mold, but if you don't have one, don't worry. You can get creative! Tuile molds can be found online, and I found one for as low as 40 baht. Mameaw wymm93 マミヤオですTranslated from Cookpad Thailand
