Ingredients

  1. 1 kgcarrot
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 2 tbsghee
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1 tspcardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Grate the carrot. Take a kadai add ghee and add the carrot. Saute in medium flam. Do not cover it. Just saute for 20min. Grated carrot will be half in volume.

    Add milk n saute till mixture is condensed. Add sugar and cook till it is almost dry. Garnish with dry fruits. I added cashew and raisins.
