Ingredients

  1. 1cucumber
  2. 2garlic cloves finely chopped
  3. 1 tspsesame seeds
  4. 1/4 tspblack pepper crushed
  5. 1/2 tspChilli flakes
  6. 1 tspwhite vinegar
  7. 1 tbsplemon juice
  8. 1/4 tspblack salt
  9. 1/2 tspnormal salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the cucumber well.take all ingredients. Peel the skin of cucumber but leave a bit space between like shown in above pic.then chopped into small cubes.place in a bowl add normal salt, mix well. cover and keep aside for 5 minutes to release its water.

    Meanwhile take a tempering pan heat it then add chopped garlic and dry roast the garlic.when it start to turn golden brown add sesame seeds roast for 30 seconds.Switch off the flame.

    Drain the water of chopped cucumber. add the roasted garlic and sesame seeds. Add black salt,crushed pepper and Chilli flakes. Add vinegar and lemon juice.

    Give it a toss to mix all ingredients well. The healthy cucumber salad is ready.
