Chowmin is a Chinese noodles recipe. The noodles are stir fried with veggies, tofu and in non veg meat and eggs are used while preparing. There are many variations in the preparation of chowmin.

I have taken loads of available veggies and steamed soya chunks to make my chowmin. The colour came from the sauces I prepared for the delicious veg Chowmin.
