But as we are fully into mango season, so thought of preparing Mango flavoured RABRI.

This delicious dessert is just a lovely outcome of delightful Mango and healthy Milk.

Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1 litreMilk (pre boiled)
  2. 1/2 cupMilk powder
  3. 1/2 cupSugar
  4. 2ripe Mango
  5. 1 tspCardamom powder
  6. as required Dry fruits as per choice

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan Mix milk powder in milk and mix well, now switch on flame and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes.
    Then add sugar and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes till milk reduces to half of original quantity. Keep stirring in between.
    Milk thickens.

    Then add mango pulp + cardamom powder and cook further for 8-10 minutes to reduce excess juice from mango. Add dry fruits at this stage.
    Allow to cool and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

    Garnish with dry fruits and it is ready to serve.
