Ingredients

  1. 1 ltrfull cream milk
  2. 2ripe mangoes
  3. 1 tbspCardamom powder
  4. 1/2 tbspvanilla essence
  5. As required Sugar
  6. As neededBadam
  7. some Pistachios

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add the milk

  2. 2

    Bring to a boil, on medium flame.

  3. 3

    Cook for 20- 25 minutes.Stirring continuously

  4. 4

    Add sugar, Cardamom powder, vanilla and continue to reduce.

  5. 5

    Cool, refrigerator.

  6. 6

    Take one mango and blitz into a puree.

  7. 7

    The other mango cut into bite sized pieces

  8. 8

    Assemble mango puree,rabri, mango pieces, Dryfruits,

  9. 9

    Serve chilled.

  10. 10
