Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsplums
  2. 2 glasseswater
  3. 1 tspsugar(optional)
  4. 1lemon
  5. 1/2 tspblack salt
  6. 2 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut Plums into small pieces (remove seeds)

  2. 2

    Transfer to a blender jar

  3. 3

    Add sugar, salt, and black salt. Blend to smooth puree.

  4. 4

    Add water and blend again. Add lemon juice.

  5. 5

    Directly pour in serving glasses (don't strain)

  6. 6

    Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves

  7. 7

    Healthy pulpy plum juice is ready to Serve.
