Ingredients

  1. 3-4Homemade shawarma or naan bread
  2. Homemade suya beef
  3. 1/3 cupmayonnaise
  4. 1/4 cupketchup
  5. 1tspn of suya pepper
  6. 1& 1/2 tbspn of white vinegar
  7. 1tspn of black pepper powder
  8. 1/2medium sized shredded cabbage
  9. 2-3large shredded carrots

    In a small bowl, whisk ketchup, mayonnaise,black pepper powder, vinegar and sugar pepper together before adding your suya beef then set aside.

    Shred your carrots and cabbage,rinse with salt and drain as much as you can.add this mixture to the mayonnaise mixture and mix all together till everything is coated in the mayo-ketchup mix.

    In a small mix 1tspn of flour and 1/2 tbspn of water to make paste,this will be used at the edges of the bread to hold them together.

    Place your pan at the lowest heat.spread your shawarma bread,smear the edges with the flour mixture,scoop a full tbspn of the cabbage mix and spread on the bread,then fold it in.

    Place it on the hot pan, and allow to heat on both sides to your desire burnt color,serve and enjoy 😉
