Ingredients

10 mnts
2 serve
  1. 1 cupflattened rice/poha
  2. 1onion
  3. 2Gaelic clove
  4. 3green chillies
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1tblsp coriander leaves
  7. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1tblsp lemon juice
  9. 1tblsp oil
  10. 1 tspCumin seeds and urad daal

Cooking Instructions

    Wash n Sock the poha.
    Remove the water with the help of a strainer
    Cut the onion,green chilli and garlic cloves.
    Chop the coriander leaves.

    Add oil in a nonstick pan,
    Add urad daal, Cumin seeds.
    Let it crackle,add onion chilli n garlic. sauté untill transparent.
    Add salt n turmeric powder,
    Mix well.

    Now add washed poha, chopped coriander and lemon juice.mix well..

  4. 4

    Kanda poha is ready
    Transfer it into a plate.
    Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
    Enjoy with a cup of Masala tea..👌😋
