Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchspinach
  2. 200 gmpaneer
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 2 tbsghee
  6. 3cloves
  7. 1javitri
  8. 2 tbschopped garlic
  9. 1finely chopped onion
  10. 1finely chopped tomato
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1 tspcoriander powder
  14. Salt and sugar to taste
  15. as neededHot Water
  16. 1 tspgaram masala
  17. 1/2 cupmilk
  18. 2 tbsfresh cream
  19. For tadka
  20. 1 tbsghee
  21. 1 tbschopped garlic
  22. 1 tspchilli powder
  23. 2dry red chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Grind blanched spinach along with green chillies and ginger. And make a fine puree.

    In pan heat up ghee add cloves and javitri, cumin seeds and saute well.
    Add chopped garlic and fry it well.

    Add chopped onions and saute it well till become soft and translucent,then add chopped tomato and cook till become soft.
    Then add all mention spices, salt and sugar and mix it well.

    Add palak Puree and mix well.

    Then add paneer cubes and mix well.

    Add garam masala mix well.
    Add hero ingredients that is milk and fresh cream give it a good mix. (Milk and cream inhances quality and texture of the dish)

    Now preapare tempering for it.
    Add tempering on top and mix well.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with, roti or naan.
