Ingredients

  1. 1big bowl half cooked rice
  2. 1/4 cupghee
  3. 4chopped green chilli
  4. Curry leaves 🍃
  5. 1,tsp mustard
  6. 1.5 tspudad dal
  7. Pinchhing
  8. Salt to test
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. leavesCoriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare rice and allow it to cool completely. Mix the curd do the tempering.

    Place a pan add ghee add hing mustard dal jeera chilli and curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Add the tadka on top of the curd rice and serve.
