Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 300 gmCurd
  2. 200 gmCucumber
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/2 tspRoasted cumin seeds powder
  5. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  6. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  7. Water as required to set consistency

Cooking Instructions

    Wash cucumber thoroughly in running water. Wipe it. Peel it.

    Grate cucumber.

    Heat a griddle and dry roast cumin seeds. Coarsely grind it and keep aside.

    Add curd in a mixing bowl. Whisk it with a whisker. Add salt, roasted cumin seeds and mix. Add water if
    needed.

    Serve chilled garnished with red chilli powder and roasted cumin seeds powder.
